Myriad Hex
A downloadable narrative tool
Overview
Myriad Hex is intended to be a tool for telling compelling stories alone with a group of friends. Each player has their own copy of the Myriad and may move in any direction they wish.
Myriad is the sibling system to Hex, using only vertices and edges.
Attribution
Myriad Hex uses concepts and mechanics borrowed from The Goblin Henchman's research on Hex-Flower Game Engines.
You can find their work here.
Playing The Game
Take turns to move a token through the Myriad. Choose the node you will land on next and narrate the results.
Extending The System
Myriad is part of a series of tools designed to allow asynchronous play - that is, one table's players and characters can be in different places, or times.
Key & Token provides additional context for creating scenes and playing keywords in a scene. It comes with a simple character sheet. Use your Key & Token characters to explore the Myriad.
I am actively developing Myriad and others systems as part of a series of tools to enable asynchronous play.

The pdf only contained two pages of the map, instead of one side being the meanings of the symbols.
Thank you. I will fix this as soon as possible.
Edit: All fixed!
Ah! I think I am going to incorporate this into my current design!
Let me know how you get on!
