I love the idea of that bookmark sized oracle and worked on a 1d20 alternative that borrows from yours. May I ask if I can credit you and if you'd like to see it before I publish it on my itch.io ?

Suse, go ahead! You don’t need to run anything by me but I’d love to see it.

Thanks, I wanted to ask first, a simple matter of courtesy as it's the first time I found myself in the situation.

You can find it on my itch.io.

Duuuuuuuude
I was just scroling through your amazing work and I've noticed we've just made a similar oracle. Well, check mine xD [link]

Hey cmartins! I really love your work. In fact, I owe you an apology. I was aware of PAST when I was developing this oracle.

The oracle went through a few iterations and along the way I neglected to properly credit you with the original format for the open-ended oracle found at the end of the bookmark. I’m not at home at the moment, but as soon as I am able to I will amend the game page to make this clear.

I hope you accept my apology and thank you for your inspiring work!

I love the way your light/dark dice work. It's very different from the PAST and it deserves it's own thing like you did.

I didn't approach you for the credits - to be honest, there are so many artists and designers out there that it was most likely that we both thought of a similar solution. If we dig deeply enough we'll find more people with identical designs - mine was inspired in storycubes, like I mentioned - it's not super original either.

I didn't knew my worked inspired you, but I'm so glad it did.
Apologies accepted, don't worry.

Thank you for the kind response!

I’ve returned from a weekend trip and have finally added the credit to the game page :)

Sweet, thank you for the shutout and honesty.

What triggers an Event when rolling the oracle?

I roll for Event at the start of a day, or at the beginning of a scene. I use it whenever I need something to happen in the narrative.

Thank you for bringing this up. You’re right, this isn’t explicitly stated and it’s unclear. Hopefully I can address this in a future revision.
